Linking you to resources and support in the lung cancer community!

I just had to post this that a friend just shared with me she is officially a five year survivor! After my last discussion of what or where will you be in five years I had to share this. She is another in a growing list of 5 year survivors. Thereof so much more hope now that we can survive and will survive. Stay believing in yourself no matter what others say. You can beat this disease and as my friend will tell you , it can be you ! Believe!
God bless and strength to all who are fighting,
John

Bravo, John.  You are so right - it is all in the attitude.  A good attitude may not prevail over cancer, but I am convinced that a bad attitude will succumb.  Keep on keepin' on.

Niti, I think we all feel this way but sometimes we all need to be reminded. It works for almost all of life. You just have to believe in yourself. I don't know how many times I wanted to quit. But then I am just to self centered to do that. I don't know how the world could survive without me in it! Hahaha I just keep myself humble is how I keep on keeping on.

John,

I believe, I believe!!!!   Wonderful news for us all!  Pass on congratulations to your friend and a big hug.

We all can lose hope and let despair gain on us. As long as we are alive we can and do have hope. It's hard to feel your best when you are at your worst  but I just want to make all I can of what I have not what I don't have.
