- I have/had lung cancer, I am a lung cancer advocate
I am a lung cancer suvivor.( 5 Years!) My entire family has been devastated by this disease. My mother,, brother nephew,, sister, and daughter have all died from lung cancer. Due to my familys history, and a very alert doctor ( I had only told her about my daughter) she had me have an x ray and I had lung cancer. It was stage 1 I had surgery, and am now cancer free! I speak at groups, encouraging more funding for lung cancer research
