Sorry to hear about your father but it certainly sounds like you have beautiful memories of his service. I lost my brother at 59 also but to liver cancer and his one request was that he have bag pipe played at his funeral…"

My Beloved Father
It's been six years since I lost my dad to this horrible cancer. It so fresh in mind the last words I had with him were on my Birthday that evening he couldn't talk any more the next day he was in a dr induced coma. He was that way for 5 days and on a bed that would rotate him like a chicken to keep more fluid off his lungs.... Then I had to make the decision to pull him off life support.
