Prognosis getting better all the time

Visited oncologist today with great results. Diagnosed with limited SCLC on Dec 12, 2008. Prognosis was terrible and was told to get life and paperwork in order. What a difference in 16 months. Now…Continue

"My husband is a survivor of small cell lung cancer since 2007. Went thru full rounds of chemo and radiation. Then, prophylactic brain radiation. He's lung cancer free and at this point he only gets a CT scan once per year.
Miracles do happen!"

The Veterans Affairs has an extensive list of diseases linked to agent orange exposure while sering in Vietnam. Lung cancer is perhaps the one that affects most Vietnam Vets. "My understanding is that as soon as you have 2 100% P&T disabilities you get the Aid and attendance. If the new disease hasn't been rated yet you need to have that done. Would be happy to help any way I can.
